Some of her popular chick-lit series include "Queen of Babble" and "The Boy Series". You can probably read through them pretty quickly, but they're enjoyable.Leighannenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6851940520473763605.post-13179412489836274652009-12-20T02:32:11.742-05:002009-12-20T02:32:11.742-05:00I love love LOVE Sophie Kinsella! I tried, I went into Chapters and read the first couple of chapters of the first book and it was the most excrutiating experience of my life, lol. So I put it down, never to pick it up again.

I read Wicked and Son of a Witch by Gregory Macguire this year. It was interesting, and his style is quite different. I have also started reading Margaret Atwood. I loved The Handmaid's Tale in my first year university english course. I read the Robber Bride and I have Oryx and Crake on my to read list.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6851940520473763605.post-5848961095017106332009-12-19T15:40:45.674-05:002009-12-19T15:40:45.674-05:00The other boleyn girl is delightfully trashy histo...The other boleyn girl is delightfully trashy historical chick lit. I have some predictions. That Lara will end up with Ed, and that Sadie will get the necklace back and give it to Lara. Lara will start her own headhunting company and Natalie will go bankrupt. Some of them are the whole Twilight Saga, The Host by Stephanie Meyer, Thousand Splendid Suns, The Kite Runner and the Sookie Stackhouse series (Dead until Dark is the first one). Also you might like this series, it's about a female bounty hunter but she isn't butchy, she's like the girls in Sophie Kinsella's books. The first book is called One For The Money by Janet Evanovich. Happy reading!Christinehttp://www.runnerchristine.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
