I've added new progress bars that reflect my 2010 goals. Right now they are kind of sad. Most at 0%, but that will change in time. I did not add the retirement goal because I know I won't even start contributing to that one until the family loan is paid off. Next paycheque I will be able to add some money to those goals and up the percentages.
Looking great! I didn't get a chance to comment on your last post, but I think those are some great goals. I also think it's perfectly fine not to start a retirement savings plan until your family loan is paid in full. I am trying to plan my goals for 2010 as we speak, errr, type!
ReplyDeleteDon't worry too much about the progress bars. Heck you have to start sometime and all they will do from now on is grow :-)
ReplyDeleteExactly, I like the progress bars as motivation. It will be nice to see them GROW!!
ReplyDeleteIt was really sad for me last year setting them at zero. It is SO NICE though when they start to go up. I'm waiting till the last possible moment to update my status bars for sure!
ReplyDeleteLooks great. I'm excited to watch them grow!
ReplyDeleteI like your list of goals for 2010 and love the progress bars you have created. That's a great way to see how you are doing.
ReplyDeleteGrow sidebars grow! You'll do it :)
ReplyDeleteI just started doing my progress bars, and I feel the exact same way!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I have you linked on my blog-I'd love to be added to your blog roll if you're so inclined! www.homeownerby30.blogspot.com
